EAC Marking
EAC Conformity Assessment procedures are conducted in accordance with the safety requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union. Depending on the applicable regulatory requirements, conformity assessment may be issued in the form of an EAC Certificate or EAC Declaration.
Products that successfully complete the conformity assessment process are authorized to bear the EAC Mark of Conformity, confirming compliance with the applicable EAEU technical regulations and allowing access to the markets of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The issuance of Certificates and Declarations often requires inspections, audits, and assessments at the manufacturer's production facilities. These activities are typically conducted by certification bodies, regulatory authorities, or customers to verify compliance with applicable technical, safety, and quality requirements.
The primary objective of factory inspections and production audits is to evaluate manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and product conformity with the relevant standards and technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Technische documentatie voor EAC-certificering
A Technical Passport is a mandatory technical document that contains the legally required specifications, operating characteristics, and essential information related to a machine, equipment, or industrial installation.
It serves as an important component of the technical documentation required for market access within the Eurasian Economic Union. The preparation of a Technical Passport is a mandatory requirement for the EAC Certification of many types of machinery, equipment, and industrial products.
The EAC Safety Assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of risks that may arise during the installation, operation, maintenance, and servicing of a machine, equipment, or industrial plant.
It also describes the technical and organizational safety measures implemented to eliminate or minimize these risks and ensure compliance with the applicable EAEU technical regulations.
The EAC Ignition Hazard Assessment is prepared in accordance with the requirements of Technical Regulation TR CU 012/2011 On the Safety of Equipment Intended for Use in Explosive Atmospheres.
The assessment includes a detailed analysis of the equipment design, explosion protection concepts, operating conditions, and implemented safety measures. It demonstrates that appropriate technical and organizational safeguards have been applied to prevent the occurrence of ignition sources.
