- the documents stipulated in subparagraph 10.1 of this paragraph;

- test report(s);

- the results of production status analysis;

- certificate of conformity;

10.5. the certification body (conformity assessment (confirmation) body) carries out inspection control of certified technical equipment by testing samples in an accredited testing laboratory (centre) and/or conducting production status analysis (scheme 1c).

11.When confirming the conformity of fixed installations, at the manufacturer’s decision, an expert examination of the technical Documentation for ensuring electromagnetic compatibility is carried out, and calculation and experimental methods are also applied, the documented results of which must be included in the set of documents for the technical equipment.

12. The set of documents for the technical equipment must be kept in the territory of the Member State for:

- technical equipment – by the manufacturer (person authorised by the manufacturer) for at least 10 years from the date of its removal from production (discontinuation);

- a batch of technical equipment – by the importer or person authorised by the manufacturer for at least 10 years from the date of sale of the last product from the batch.

Article 8. Marking with the single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union

1. Technical equipment complying with the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of this Technical Regulation of the Customs Union and having undergone the conformity confirmation procedure in accordance with Article 7 of this Technical Regulation of the Customs Union must bear the single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union.

2. The single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union is affixed before the technical equipment is placed on the market.

3. The single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union is affixed to each item of technical equipment by any method ensuring a clear and legible image throughout the entire service life of the technical equipment, and is also included in the operating documents supplied with it.

4. The single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union may be affixed only to the packaging of the technical equipment and in the operating documents supplied with it if it is impossible to affix it directly to the technical equipment.

5. Technical equipment is marked with the single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union when it complies with the requirements of all Union (Customs Union) Technical Regulations applicable to it and providing for the affixing of this mark.

Note. Article 8 was amended by Decision No. 91 of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 10.06.2022 (enters into force upon expiry of 180 calendar days from the date of its official publication).

Article 9. Safeguard clause

Note. Article 9 was repealed by Decision No. 91 of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 10.06.2022 (enters into force upon expiry of 180 calendar days from the date of its official publication).
