The preparation of Pressure Vessel Passports is a mandatory measure for the EAC Certification in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Regulations TR CU 032/2013 - On the Safety of Pressure Equipment. Scope of Application of TR CU 032/2013

The preparation of Pressure Vessel Passports is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013, GOST Standard 34347-2017 - On Steel Welded Vessels and Apparatus and the Federal Regulation on Industrial Safety dated 25.03.2014 N116. The Authorized Representative must be located in one of the states of the Customs Union.

Often, the applicant is a business partner of the manufacturer from the states of the Eurasian Economic Union. It is necessary to take into account that subsequently only this partner owns the exclusive right of distribution for the entire certification period and must issue an authorization of sales activities for all other distributors. In such situations, the manufacturer becomes dependent on his business partner, who acted as the authorized contractual person during the EAC Certification.

After successful EAC Certification or EAC Declaration, we will issue an authorization for distribution activities to all your business partners.
