The preparation of Pressure Vessel Passports is a mandatory measure for the EAC Certification in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Regulations TR CU 032/2013 - On the Safety of Pressure Equipment. The aim of the provisions of the Technical Regulations TR CU 032/2013 - On the Safety of Pressure Equipment is to protect the citizens in the EEU States as well as their health and property.

According to Eurasian Economic Union regulations, it is mandatory that the manufacturer must have a registered office in the Common Economic Territory in order to apply for EAC Certification or EAC Declaration. Should that not be the case, an authorized representative is required to perform the EAC Certification processes in the Customs Union. The Authorized Representative must be located in one of the states of the Customs Union.
Often, the applicant is a business partner of the manufacturer from the states of the Eurasian Economic Union. It is necessary to take into account that subsequently only this partner owns the exclusive right of distribution for the entire certification period and must issue an authorization of sales activities for all other distributors. In such situations, the manufacturer becomes dependent on his business partner, who acted as the authorized contractual person during the EAC Certification.
If you wish to remain independent of individual distributors, we can provide you with a contract person. This task can be taken over by our Russian branch in Moscow or Novosibirsk. After successful EAC Certification or EAC Declaration, we will issue an authorization for distribution activities to all your business partners. If you decide to part with certain distributors or engage new ones, we will assist you with all your wishes and adjust the distribution rights accordingly. For detailed information regarding the position of a contract person, please do not hesitate to contact us.
