According to the Technical Regulations of TR CU 010/2011 - On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment, the following information must be displayed on each machine or equipment:

- Headquarters of the Production Facility
- Maker's Trademark
- Type of Machine or Equipment
- Model Number of the Machine
- Serial Number of the Machine
- Date of Manufacture
The information must be provided on a clearly legible plate.

Authorized Contractor for EAC Certification
According to the regulations of the EEU States, it is prescribed that the manufacturer must have a registered office in the Common Economic Territory of the Customs Union in order to apply for EAC Certification. If that is not the case, a manufacturer's representative is required to apply for the EAC Certification processes in the Customs Union of EEU Countries. The Authorized Contractor must be based in one of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Often the applicant is a business partner of the manufacturer from the EEU Countries. It must be taken into account that afterwards only this distributor owns the exclusive right of distribution for the entire certification period and must issue an authorization of sales activities for all other distributors. Thus, the manufacturer becomes dependent on his business partner, who acted as a contractual person during the certification process. If you wish to remain independent of individual distributors, we can provide you with a contract person. This task can be taken over by our Russian branch.
