During the certification process, documents and product samples are examined by Ukrainian specialists, and if the products meet the requirements, conformity is confirmed. TR certification can be issued for a single delivery as well as for serial production. A TR certificate is issued for a period of 1 to 5 years and can be extended multiple times.

The Ukrainian TR declaration confirms that imported products comply with the technical standards of Ukraine. The declaration process is usually carried out by a legal entity based in Ukraine that acts as a representative of the foreign manufacturer.

The declaration process is prescribed by the Technical Regulations of the Ukrainian Republic. TR declaration can be issued for a single delivery as well as for serial production. A TR declaration is created for a period of 1 to 7 years and can be extended as often as needed.
