The TR EAEU 052/2021 directive on the safety of subway vehicles presents the EAC standards for the use of subway vehicles in the EAEU countries.
The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is an economic union between Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. Common trade rules and TR CU/EAEU directives apply within the territory of the EAEU states.
The EAC certification or EAC declaration of subway vehicles and their components is carried out in accordance with the safety regulations of TR CU/EAEU Guidelines 052/2021 of the EAEU member states.
The EAC marking of subway vehicles and their components is conducted in accordance with the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission N711 as well as the individual TR ZU/EAEU guidelines.
The EAC conformity assessment of subway vehicles and their components can be conducted through EAC certification and/or EAC declaration. The selection of the EAC approval procedure is made by the certification service provider in accordance with the TR CU/EAEU guidelines of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The EAC declaration of subway vehicles and their components is carried out in accordance with the TR EAEU guideline 052/2021 with the declaration schemes: 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, and 6D.
The EAC marking of subway vehicles and their components is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the TR CU 052/2021 directive. All approved subway vehicles and their components are marked with the EAC conformity mark after successfully completing the EAC conformity assessment process.
The EAC marking of subway vehicles is in accordance with the decision of the EAEU Economic Commission N711 and complies with the individual requirements and safety regulations of TR CU/EAEU directives.
The EAC marking of subway vehicles and their components indicates conformity with the TR CU/EAEU directives of the Eurasian Economic Union. The EAC mark is proof of Eurasian conformity.
The EAC mark must be affixed visibly and legibly to individual subway vehicles and their components, as well as to all accompanying documentation.

The EAC conformity assessment of subway vehicles and their components can be conducted either for individual contract-related deliveries of subway vehicles or for series deliveries of subway vehicles and their components.
For contract-related deliveries of subway vehicles, a one-time EAC conformity assessment is carried out, while for series deliveries of subway vehicles, an EAC conformity assessment for series production is conducted.
The EAC certificates or EAC declarations for the series production of subway vehicles and their components are registered for a maximum period of 5 years.
The contract person for the EAC conformity assessment of subway vehicles and their components according to TR EAEU Directive 052/2021 is mandatory for the execution of certification or declaration processes in the EAEU states.
The contract person acts as a representative of the manufacturer in the EAEU member states and assumes the responsibility for compliance with TR CU regulations. The contract person for the certification of subway vehicles and their components is responsible for the approval processes of various product groups in the EAEU states.
