The EAEU Federal Office for Technical Regulations published a consolidated list of products subject to approval in 2012, which are subject to EAC certification and EAC declaration according to the TR CU/EAEU guidelines of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). 

The list contains information about EAC certification obligations for individual product groups, sorted by customs tariff number, that are imported into the EAEU states. The consolidated list of certification-required goods is regularly updated and expanded.

2. Guidelines and Federal Laws of the Russian Federation
3. National GOST guidelines of the individual EAEU states
4. ISO standards and GOST standards of the EAEU states 

According to Federal Law No. 184 of the Russian Federation on technical regulations, the relevant approval documents, such as TR EAEU guidelines or GOST standards, are used to determine the characteristics of goods for conformity assessment purposes. 

Furthermore, the regulations of the law on technical regulations present requirements for comprehensibility, labeling, and packaging of goods.
