After the Gazpromcert is issued, you will initially receive a digital version of the Gazpromcert via email. The original Gazpromcert will be sent to the customer via insured document delivery.
Contract Person for Gazpromcert Certification
For the application and execution of the certification process, an authorized representative of the manufacturer is required. The authorized representative must be based in one of the member states of the EAEU.
A manufacturer without a company presence in the EAEU has no legal basis for processing conformity confirmation. To organize the standard and norm alignment, an authorized representative of the manufacturer will be provided in the territory of the EAEU.
The authorized representative of the producer registers and conducts the certification processes and represents the legal interests of the producers.
This allows the manufacturer a high degree of flexibility, as according to the regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, only the applicant may import the goods. Our Russian branch, which can act as the applicant, is happy to create a power of attorney for all business partners of the manufacturer for the execution of export transactions.
